PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

The programme aims to:

  • Cover the canvas of HRM at both macro and micro level to equip the line managers dealing with human resources and human resource managers with contemporary knowledge and practices informed by valid findings from research.
  • It intends to cover both basic and strategic HRM issues. Further, the course covers important aspects of behavioral science again focusing on behavior of both entities- employee and organization.
  • It intends to develop effective teamwork and leadership skills, critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

  • This course is recommended for 12th passed students from any stream and those pursuing Graduation.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Intermediate (10+2) in any discipline with min. 55% marks.
  • Appearing in Graduation in any discipline with min 55% marks from any University recognized by UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU.

Corporate Skill Training Program (CSTP)

Corporate Skill Training Program (CSTP) is a scheme which provides academically trained candidates pursing job for less than 1 year  or seeking promotion in different industry to learn the art of understanding the ways of corporate and applying the practically corporate skills in order to do the job.
